On this private day trip that showcases the beautiful scenery of Bali, including visit Batuan Village Temple, enjoying view of an active Batur Volcano from Kintamani village, explore Tegalalang Rice Terraces and also visiting Tegenungan Waterfall, where you could enjoy the view and swim at the cool water. Your trip for sure includes hotel pickup and drop-off in the most area of Bali. Here are the highlights of this tour:
Batuan Village Temple
Meet your driver at 9am at your accommodation’s lobby and begin your tour with a visit to Batuan Temple. Marvel at the beautiful Hindu temple as you learn its spiritual significance and points out the magnificent architecture and unique black palm roof.
Tegalalang Rice Field in Ubud
Continue north to Tegalalang village to marvel at the UNESCO-listed rice terraces, one of Bali’s most photographed sights. Learn about the pioneering ‘subak’ system – the Balinese cooperative irrigation system – for which the terraces are known, as you admire the views over the rice paddies.
Batur Volcano view from Kintamani
After lunch (own expense), you will discover Kintamani village to see the beautiful of Batur volcano view surrounded by it’s lake. It is an active volcano with 1,717m high above sea level and last erupted was in 2000.
Luwak Coffee Tasting
On your way home, you will also be offered to taste several Balinese coffee and tea for free, and also Indonesia’s world famous Luwak coffee (available to purchase) at a local coffee plantation.
Tegenungan Waterfall
Next, visit Tegenungan Waterfall, where you can cool off with a swim and enjoy lush of view surrounding the area. Another option to come down to this waterfall is by visit and spend time at new river club we call OMMA River club so we can skip the stairs up and down to the waterfall ( food and drinks here are optional)
Finally, after an action-packed full-day itinerary, finish your tour with drop-off at your original pickup point at around 6pm.
